February 18, 2004 Dear John, We want to thank you SO MUCH for your help with Mica, the eBay Wonderdog! We had checked out other trainers, but their methods either seemed unnecessarily harsh or they were far too complicated. Your techniques are very sensible and straightforward, made it very fun and easy for all of us. Don’t hold this against us, but you were far more reasonable than the others, too. We’d have gladly paid twice the price to have results like this so quickly. While the other guys were trying to sell us something, you were obviously all about helping us with our dog.
